Cherry Picking (Creativity Process)
The Cherry Picking or Creative process consists out of various techniques and procedure to assist us in brainstorming the idea thoroughly.
The Following are a few of the procedure we follow:
- Planting (Groundwork)- It is important that thorough research is conducted on the topic, the industry, the client/ company & the possible marketing direction and that the data are efficiently compiled for the creativity process.
- Growing (Ideation), where we use processes like the 'Six Thinking Hats' by Edward de Bono as well as other Lateral thinking techniques.
- Harvesting- where the ideas on the table get discussed in detail.
- Cherry Picking - where we refine the solutions on the table and work towards a final concept/ solution
